Give each person their own sign-in and the right level of access. They get an email invite and set their own password.

Open Settings, then Team
See everyone who can log in to your account and the role each one holds.

Invite by email and pick a role
Choose Staff, Head Ranger or Admin. They receive an email invite to set their own password.
